Information for New Campus Students

New Student Registration (first semester)

If you are a new graduate student registering for your first semester, you will need to be manually registered by the HRD office; you cannot register yourself online.

1. Review the schedule of classes available so you know what your options are.

2. Reach out to your assigned academic advisor to discuss which class(es) you are interested in taking for your first semester.

3. Once you and your advisor have discussed a course plan, email the HRD Administrative Assistant to request to be manually registered for the classes you have selected with your advisor.

For all future semesters, you will discuss your course plans with your academic advisor and they will provide you with a PIN number with which you can register yourself online via your myNOVA portal.
