Pre-Master's Certificate

For students who are interested in learning more about the field of HR or for current HR professionals who want to update their skills and enhance their strategic vision, Villanova offers a Pre-Master's Certificate in HRD. All credits can transfer directly into the MS in HRD program, should students choose to continue. 

Curriculum

The Pre-Master's Certificate in HRD requires a total of 15 credits. See below for the breakdown of credits that must be completed.
