The goals statement should be around 400-500 words (two pages, double-spaced with 12-point font) and should include your academic and professional goals, why you think Villanova is a good fit for you, what you would bring to the program, and any other insights about who you are that you think would be beneficial to the graduate committee reading your application.
GRE (General) or GMAT Optional
Applicants are not required to submit GRE/GMAT scores as part of the application for the Master’s Degree in Communication. Applicants may submit GRE/ GMAT results, if they feel the scores enhance their application. If scores are submitted by an applicant, they will be reviewed as part of the admission review process. Applicants who do not submit scores will not be put at a disadvantage. If an applicant chooses to submit scores, they must follow up any self-reported scores with official test results.
