CLAS IT is fully operational and working virtually to meet all of your support needs. We are limiting our physical presence on campus to do our part in helping mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
CLAS IT is utilizing Bomgar to provide deskside support, Zoom or Microsoft Teams for meetings, and we are also available by email and phone. Members of CLAS IT will be on campus in a limited fashion to offer support by appointment only.
The best way to request support from CLAS IT is to email our distribution list: clasit@villanova.edu. This ensures a consistently reliable and rapid response, even if one or more of our team is busy with other requests.

When a support issue cannot be resolved remotely, such as if a computer is completely unresponsive or needs warranty service, we will schedule contactless appointments, as our current office arrangement does not allow for full social distancing. We will help arrange whichever solution works best for you and your schedule:
1) A CLAS IT member will arrive onsite to pick up or work on a computer or other device when the room is vacant.
2) A CLAS IT member will schedule an appointment for you to drop off your equipment and pick it up when the service has been completed.
As always, we will be practicing the recommended safety precautions of wearing face masks and wiping down work areas both before and also after job completion.
Our schedule is as follows:
Monday - 8:00-5:00 PM
Tuesday - 8:00-5:00 PM
Wednesday - 8:00-5:00 PM
Thursday - 8:00-5:00 PM
Friday - 8:00-5:00 PM
However, other accommodations can be made as needed.
