Instrument Scientist: The Department of Chemistry at Villanova University invites applicants for an Instrument Scientist position. The position is responsible for the maintenance and operation of instrumentation in the Department of Chemistry, focusing in the areas of mass spectrometry and/or nuclear magnetic spectroscopy, as well as optical spectroscopy, and gas and liquid chromatography; other instrumentation will vary as needed by the department. Assistant Teaching Professor.  The Chemistry department is accepting applications for a full-time Assistant Teaching Professor (non-tenure track). Staff Chemist I: The Department of Chemistry at Villanova University invites applicants for a Staff Chemist I position. The primary responsibilities of this position are in maintaining the fluid operation of the Chemistry Department physical storerooms and preparing reagents, equipment, and associated materials for instructional laboratories (primarily general/introductory chemistry and chemistry majors’ laboratory courses) under the direct supervision of the Senior Staff Chemist, in conjunction with the other Departmental Staff. Post-doctoral Associate, Computational Chemistry:  The Department of Chemistry at Villanova University and Dr. Ryan Jorn invite applications for a postdoctoral research position in computational chemistry with responsibilities in method development simulating electron and ion transport at electrode interfaces.
