All charitable donations arriving at—or transferred to—any part of the University should be immediately sent to the Villanova Gift and Pledge Processing team.
One of the primary functions of the Banner database is to track the charitable contributions made to Villanova University. This information is of the utmost importance to the fundraising efforts of the University, as well as the stewardship of our donors.
**Please do not deposit charitable donations through the Bursar’s office or through other campus methods. All charitable donations, which include cash, checks, credit cards, pledges, letters of intent, will commitments, etc. must come directly to the University Advancement Gift and Pledge Processing department to be entered into Banner.
We ask that you forward any checks (and avoid holding them) to the Gift & Pledge Processing department the same day they are received.
Gifts can be hand delivered or sent via campus mail courier to Gift & Pledge Processing, 2 Aldwyn Lane, Villanova, PA 19085.
