Caritas: Mental Health

  • Mental Health Well-Being: An online course to recognize stressors and learn how to handle every day challenges of stress and anxiety in life.
  • Campus Well: An online resource with information on a variety of topics including mental health and stress.
  • BASICS: Brief Alcohol Screening and Intervention for College Students (BASICS) consultation.
  • Consultations: Students can email the Office of Health Promotion to set up an appointment on a variety of health and well-being topics.

Join the Peer Ministers on Zoom to listen to students share stories of faith, identity and meaning. This evening of storytelling will feature Anthony Bibbo and Giulianna Vullo sharing reflections on joy followed by small group conversations that will allow those who attend the event to share their own stories.
