Hi! I am a second-year law student looking for a female roommate from 07/01/2023-06/30/2024. The common spaces are fully furnished, you’d just need bedroom furniture. It’s an updated 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with an in-unit washer and dryer, and dishwasher. It also has a large, covered balcony! The building is very quiet and is super close to a ton of restaurants. The address is 830 W Lancaster Ave in Bryn Mawr. It’s about a block from the Bryn Mawr train station.
