Description: Hello! My mother is coming to stay in the area in July 2023. We are looking to find a place for her to stay while she is here and would be interested in a sublet of a grad student who will not be staying in the area over the summer. Ideally looking for a one-bedroom in the wayne/devon area, but could extend to Bryn Mawr. No shared spaces.
