Roommate Wanted: 2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom Apartment in Bryn Mawr

I am looking for a roommate (female preferred) to share my 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Bryn Mawr. The apartment is fully furnished, minus the open bedroom, with an in-unit washer and dryer. The apartment complex is a 5-minute drive to VU or a 30-minute walk. Grocery stores including ACME and Trader Joe's are between a 5- to 7-minute drive. The lease is from June 1st, 2023 to May 31st, 2024. I would love to have someone who wants to stay longer than a year, but I'm also happy to accept someone just for a year.
