Looking for a Roommate

Roommate wanted at Radcliff House Apartment Complex preferably a Graduate student or Professional.

I am a Ph.D.. student at Villanova University (graduation year 2026), and i am Looking for a responsible, clean and friendly roommate to share a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Bryn Mawr. The apartment is conveniently located near Roberts Rd Station. And You can catch the Villanova shuttle from my place to go to the University.

The complex offers a range of amenities including on-site laundry, parking and fitness center for residents to enjoy.

The available room is spacious and comes with a huge closet and big bathroom. Rent for the room is 1000$ per month and utilities (electricity, internet) will be split evenly. The living room of the apartment has a nice patio, perfect for enjoying some fresh air or having a cup of coffee on a sunny day.

The ideal roommate is someone who is easy going, considerate, and respectful of common spaces. You must also be a non-smoker and have a stable job. Dogs are not allowed in the apartment according to the leasing office policy but I don't mind cats.

The room is not furnished, but potentially my roommate is open to selling certain furniture pieces.
