Seeking a furnished room near Villanova University

I am a male graduate student who is looking to rent a quiet, furnished room for nearly two years. I don’t drink, smoke, or do drugs. I am generally a very happy and easygoing person. I like to keep things tidy. I go swimming every morning and usually spend the whole day (8am ~ 6pm) at school during the week, so it would be great to live close to Villanova University to save commute time.
