Looking for a female apartment-mate and hopeful future friend

Hello! My name is Clara; I'm graduating Haverford College this month with a degree in Psychology, and coming to Villanova in August for my second degree (BSN) in the school of nursing. I'll be in the accelerated nursing program, 23-month cohort. 

I'm looking for someone to share an apartment with for the next 6-12 months, depending on your thoughts on lease terms. I've found a place in Wayne that I absolutely love, about 7-8 minutes from Villanova, though I'm open to other suggestions. Rent would be about $1100 per person per month, including utilities. 

I'm quiet but very friendly, big into baking, knitting, working out, and quality time with my people, and I hope we will become friends as well :) 

I'm planning on getting a puppy in January-ish, so please only consider this long-term lease if you're pet friendly!
