We are excited to welcome you to the 2021 ASACCU conference at Villanova University from July 20-23!

Registration will open in January 2021


The 2021 ASACCU conference will take place from Tuesday 7/20 to Friday 7/23. Attendees that select on-campus housing will check-in on Tuesday 7/20 and check-out on Friday 7/23. Early arrival on Monday 7/19 and late departure on Saturday 7/24 is available on a limited basis and for an additional fee. 

The registration fee includes all meals for the duration of the conference, beginning with dinner on Tuesday 7/20 through breakfast on Friday 7/23, all conference programming sessions, housing and amenities (if selected), a catered private function at the Museum of the American Revolution, and more.

Member School Registration Fees (per person):

  • Early Bird Registration with Housing: $575.00 (deadline TBA)
  • Regular Registration with Housing: $600.00
  • Regular Registration without Housing (Commuter Rate): $435.00

Non-Member School Registration Fees (per person):

  • Early Bird Registration with Housing: $625.00 (deadline TBA)
  • Regular Registration with Housing: $650.00
  • Regular Registration without Housing (Commuter Rate): $485.00

Special Needs and Accommodations

Villanova University is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to all conference attendees. Please describe any accommodations needed to participate in the conference. Typical requests include sign language interpretation, a pre-conference orientation tour, description of visuals, access to a quiet space, or wheelchair access to all areas. Housing Information

This information will be used for suite-mate placement. Please contact us about any needs or accommodations.
If no, all attendees will have their own bedroom within a suite/apartment, and will share the suite/apartment with another attendee. Some units have two full bathrooms, and attendees will be placed in those units based on registration date. For units with one bathroom, you will share the bathroom with your suite-mate. Those that select 'yes' for single-occupancy will have a full 2 or 4-bedroom apartment/suite to themselves for an additional $200. Single occupancy is available on a limited basis.
