In-Person Event Cancellations

We have made the difficult decision to cancel or postpone all campus events for the remainder of the semester, including Reunion.

As we explore potential alternatives for Reunion, the Office of Alumni Relations will be in touch directly with those who celebrate milestone reunions this year. We are committed to working with our reunion class volunteers to provide an avenue and timeframe to celebrate this signature event.

We are also cancelling all in-person Advancement and University-sponsored regional events for the rest of this semester. Please note that refunds will be issued as appropriate and in as timely a manner as possible. We thank you in advance for your patience.

Upcoming Virtual Resources and Programs

With the uncertainties of this worldwide crisis, many of us are seeking ways to connect with each other, lift one another up, and maintain a sense of normalcy in our day to day routines. We are pleased to continue to offer Online Career Coaching and Career Strategies webinars for our alumni, and The Office of Alumni Relations will be providing additional virtual engagement opportunities through Facebook and the Nova Network.

The St. Thomas of Villanova Parish welcomes you to celebrate Mass via livestream from the Rosemont Chapel. Please see the schedule below for current Mass times, or visit the Parish website for the most up-to-date information.

New and impactful initiatives to support current Villanova students are emerging every day. Below are three easy ways to share your experience, guidance and opportunities with those who need your help most. Please contact for any questions or concerns.

  • Helping Hands (within the Nova Network) is a new initiative that allows Villanova students of all class years to “raise their hands” for help.  Whether they’ve lost their on-site summer internships or just need industry advice, they will reach out to active alumni on the Nova Network who will be prompted to answer their calls for help.

As the impact of the public health crisis continues to evolve, many Villanova students are now facing unexpected financial burdens. • Graduate Student Hardship Fund: Your gift will help graduate students meet basic needs, including support for living expenses, technology set-up, resources to carry out their research remotely, and other unexpected challenges caused by the COVID-19 crisis.

  • Villanova Law Student Emergency Fund: Your gift will provide critical resources for Villanova Law students as they confront unexpected expenses related to the widespread impact of COVID-19, including technology costs for remote learning, temporary loss of income, and other basic needs.

  • Tutoring and Learning Support Services: Your gift will allow Villanova’s various academic support centers to continue to deliver the services our students need to complete their courses and learning activities online.

  • Career and Professional Development Services: Your gift will help the Career Center team expand its availability to provide virtual appointments to our students even though they are off-campus.

We'll be providing additional virtual engagement opportunities through Facebook over the next several weeks. Be sure to follow the Villanova University Alumni Association page and turn on notifications to see our latest posts!
