Alexis Coulter holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Change from Cabrini University, a M.P.A. in Public Administration and Nonprofit Management from Rutgers University-Newark, and B.A. in Communication Studies from Montclair State University. She holds a decade of experience in nonprofit management serving as an arts administrator for visual, literacy, and performing arts institutions. She has also served as adjunct faculty for Montclair State University and Rowan University in their business, communication, and psychology departments. Her areas of interest include leadership, organizational culture, strategic planning, management, corporate social responsibility, and storytelling.
