INFORMATION FOR CURRENT STUDENTS
ACADEMIC ADVISEMENT
All students in the College of Professional Studies are assigned an academic advisor at the time of admission. Advisors provide individualized support to each student through a series of intentional interactions during their tenure at Villanova. Together, you will discuss and create goals and select the corresponding courses, academic programs, and experiences to achieve them.
CPS INFORMATION HUB
The Advising Team is here to answer any questions you may have along your academic journey; however, we recognize our students have competing responsibilities and often, questions arise outside of the typical 9-5 workday.
To assist you in all stages of your academic career, all students are registered for the CPS Information Hub located on Blackboard, the platform where you will access your courses, at the time of admission. The Hub contains information regarding your degree program, registration, campus resources, and prompts designed to put you in the driver’s seat of your academic journey. Once enrolled, students have access for the remainder of their time at Villanova. Make sure to check back often as we will continue to add information and modules!
CAMPUS RESOURCES
Villanova houses a vast breadth of campus resources, both in-person and virtual. Discuss your interests or concerns with your advisor and they will connect you with the appropriate resource. Growing your cultural and social capital on campus will enable success far beyond your time at Villanova.
