MARK TUANI

Mark Tuani is an active member of the Villanova faculty team and has helped shape courses and lectures on-campus and online, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Management Capstone and Mastering of Project management. His prior work experience includes working with JP Morgan Chase, State of Delaware Dept of IT and currently working as a Project Manager with the Office of Transformation at Christiana Healthcare, Delaware.

Karen Graziano J.D., M.A., is a leadership, writing, and communications professor, trainer, consultant, and coach. She specializes in teaching professionals how to maximize their own and their team’s potential by helping them understand strengths and motivation so they can develop a vision and action plan.

MARV MEISSNER

Marv Meissner is a Quality and Training Executive with 25+ years’ experience in leadership roles within both manufacturing and transactional and administrative environments,. Marv possesses a strong management background and his specialties include:  Lean Six Sigma, Total Quality, Continuous Improvement, Change Management, Training, Training Within Industry (TWI), Kepner-Tregoe Analytic Troubleshooting.

In a recent Philly Mag article, Marv said “Change has never been happening as fast as it is now. A lot of companies are familiar with the types of subject matters taught, but they’ve not had structured training and education on those topics.”

ELENA BOZYLINSKI

Elena Bozylinski, Ed.D., PMP has over ten years of project management experience and considers project management her passion. She studied the influence of the PMP certification from PMI on the careers of female IT project managers for her EdD dissertation, which she earned from Creighton University. Elena loves to share project management experiences within her professional network.

Ralph A. Gigliotti, Ph.D. is Director of Leadership Development and Research in the Center for Organizational Leadership at Rutgers University, where he also teaches in the Department of Communication and Ph.D. Program in Higher Education. Ralph’s research and consulting interests explore the intersection of organizational communication, leadership, crisis communication, and training and development within the context of higher education.
