STEM OUTREACH

Villanova’s College of Engineering has dedicated itself to STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) education outreach to middle- and high-school students.

The objective of STEM outreach opportunities is two-fold:

  1. Provide Villanova Engineering students with an opportunity to step outside the classroom, put newly learned skills to work, and contribute to the community
  2. Boost middle and high school students’ interest in these fields, and help us reach the next generation of engineers, particularly those who are traditionally underrepresented

The College’s commitment to STEM outreach takes many forms, from facilitation of national programs on the Villanova campus to local programs that originate from the creativity of our students and faculty.
