Program
The purpose of this program is to provide students with the opportunity to participate in their choice of academic courses overseas and to gain an international perspective on global business activities. Students from all four Villanova University colleges are encouraged to apply.
Additional Academic Requirements
No language proficiency required.
Minimum 2.75 GPA on a 4.0 scale.
Excursions
In recent years, site visits have included the US Embassy, UN organizations in Rome, and various business firms. Students are able to arrange independent travel to visit other Italian cities and tourist areas on weekends. They may also take advantage of the wide range of social and cultural activities such as musical performances, theater, film, opera, and social clubs available in Rome.

Gymnasium and sports club facilities are available through John Cabot University.
Course Offerings
All courses are conducted in English.
Required course:
MGT 3305: International Business Studies - 3 credits. This course will include a series of lectures and site visits.
All students enroll in one additional business or social science course offered by John Cabot University during the summer session. 3 credits Classes at John Cabot are two hours a day, Monday through Thursday.
