The On Campus Recruiting Program (OCR) is a successful and effective service that offers employers the opportunity to recruit high-caliber and talented Villanova students and interview them on campus for full-time and summer internship opportunities. Fall 2016 OCR begins September 19 and continues through early December. Spring Recruitment begins in early February through mid-April. See our Recruiting Calendar for complete details.
Interviews are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Each schedule/room allows an employer to interview up to 12 students for 30 minute interviews, 9 students for 45 minute interviews or 7 students for 60minute interviews. Special scheduling requests can be arranged.
2. Choose “Request an Interview” on the home screen
3. Choose Villanova University under schools, then complete interview request questions
4. Select interview date based on availability. Handshake will show you a live feed of room availability per date.
5. Choose the appropriate timeline and template to match your recruiting schedule, review all details and click on "Request" when ready.

Resumes are either emailed to you on a continuous-rolling basis or bundled and sent to you once the application deadline has closed. Skype interviews can also be arranged for students who may be studying abroad. Any changes to the interview schedule needs to be communicated to the Recruiting Coordinator before students begin signing up for their interview time. Finalized interview schedules will be sent prior to your interview date.
Employers are asked to offer flexibility in scheduling off-campus second-round interviews by providing an alternative date if the original date interferes with a student’s academic schedule or another first-round interview on campus.
Handshake is Villanova's career management system where employers can post jobs, request interview schedules on campus and connect with Villanova students and alumni.
Promote your organization’s on-campus events, interviews, job postings or upcoming deadlines via Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
