In order to build and maintain a pipeline of top talent, you’ll need to effectively enhance your brand on campus.  Here are some proven ways to promote your presence on Villanova’s campus:

Fall and Spring Career Fairs - Attend Villanova’s Career Fairs to network with undergraduates, graduates and alumni interested in internships and full-time employment opportunities. (link to CF)

Campus Presentations - Introduce students to both your industry and your specific organization, acquaint them with your organization's culture, and possibly connect them with recent Villanova hires who are succeeding within your organization. Typically, employers conduct a 30 minute presentation, followed by 30 minutes for Q&A. 

Pre-Night Presentation - Host a pre-night session before your campus interview date.  It is a great opportunity to elaborate on job requirements and disseminate any necessary information prior to interviews.

Company Table - Reserve tabling space at a targeted campus location during the day to attract students’ attention on-campus and distribute information regarding your organization.

Networking Reception - Host or attend on-campus or off campus catered networking events to meet and greet students.

Employer Resume Review Day – Help Villanova undergraduate and graduate students by critiquing their resumes prior to our Career Fairs.  In the Fall, two days are reserved: one for Arts & Business majors and one for Engineering, Science & Technology majors.  In the Spring, one day is reserved for all majors.

Practice with the Pros – Conduct a mock interview with students and offer feedback on their performance.  Students interested in your field are scheduled in advance for 25 minute interviews.

Recruiter in Residence - Tailor your day with students individually or in small groups in an informal atmosphere and discuss industry career paths, and networking and interview tips.  Scheduling is flexible.

Student Organizations - Connect with active student organizations and student leaders.  We have over 200 active professional, social, multi-cultural and special interest organizations that frequently look for program speakers and sponsors. Employer and Alumni Panels - Industry-specific employer and alumni panels are held throughout the academic year to help educate students about career paths and opportunities within industries and organizations.
