VITAL programs offer a variety of opportunities for Villanova faculty:
- to apply for grants to improve their students' learning
- to share instructional strategies and exchange ideas with each other
- to get together with faculty members in different disciplines from across the University.
In addition, workshops on various teaching-related topics are offered. Information about the regularly offered programs may be found below. Announcements of other programs will be found on this site, "events" section as they are scheduled.

The program occurs every August and January in the week prior to the beginning of classes. It is designed to support adjunct faculty members in their instructional role and familiarize them with instructional policies and resources. The orientation provides a collegial forum for discussion with colleagues.
