Avaya one-X Speech (Elective for Faculty & Staff)

Attendees will learn how to use one-X Speech to get all Avaya functionality on their mobile phone, and this also gives the attendee time to configure one-X Speech, add contacts to Outlook and test how it works on their mobile phone.
Microsoft Office Communicator (MOC) (Elective for Staff)
(30 Minutes)
Attendees will be introduced to the new communications tool, and it’s features and learn how to best utilize this new technology. Reviewing the Video tutorial, Setting Defaults, Change Online Status, Edit Your Location, Contacts, Chat Feature and telephone integration are explored.
