Find Me

Find Me enables your mailbox to redirect unanswered calls to a list of telephone numbers. Your mailbox directs the calls in turn to each telephone number in the list, unless you answer. If you do not answer at any number in the list, the system asks the caller if the caller wants to leave a message.

Find Me Rules

To use Find Me, you must first set up Find Me rules. Select values for a rule description that control when your mailbox calls you at which telephone numbers. Schedules you created previously determine when your mailbox calls you. Phone lists you set up previously determine the telephone numbers at which your mailbox calls you.

You can set up multiple Find Me rules. For example, you might want one rule for redirecting calls during lunchtime and another rule for redirecting calls during vacations. The Find Me page lists Find Me rules in the order that they were administered, from left to right.
