If you are a full-time faculty or staff member with a Villanova-issued Dell computer, you will use Outlook 2007 as your primary email client while in the office. Outlook combines Email, Calendar, Contacts, Tasks, Notes and much more into one powerful program!
Outlook runs on your machine, but the information is stored on the Exchange server, so even if you go home and check your email using OWA, all of your Mail, Calendar, Contacts and Tasks will all be accessible via OWA.
UNIT offers training for those who are new to Outlook 2007. To view the entire UNIT Workshops calendar, click here and look for workshops entitled "Outlook 2007." There are two types of course offerings: 1) Outlook 2007: Introduction to Email & Contacts; and 2) Outlook 2007: Using & Sharing Your Outlook Calendar. If you don't see the course you need, please contact the UNIT Training Coordinator at x94415 (610-519-4415).
