This program is designed to ensure that students have adequate access to printing resources in order to accomplish academic work. Villanova continues to reinvest in print capabilities changes in the delivery of course materials, as well as the fundamental changes in the way academic assignments are carried out. The use of public printing facilities has increased significantly in recent years. Villanova continues to evaluate solutions to provide print capabilities while managing costs.

How does it work?
Locations on campus designated as common printing areas have been equipped with new Xerox and Canon printers. In addition to the printer, each location will have a print release station. By utilizing your Wildcard, you will swipe your card at the print release station to print your document (s).
All registered undergraduates and graduate students automatically will receive an annual print allowance as determined by their college.
The credit will be added to their Wildcard VPrint account on June 1st. This credit may vary depending on a student’s College enrollment and student status, e.g., graduate or undergraduate, part-time or full-time. All unused print credit will be cleared from all accounts on May 31st. For the academic year 2014/2015, full time students receive a print allowance of $60; part time students' allowance is $20.
It is the policy of the University to add to the print credit when students are required as part of their curriculum to print in excess of their allotment. Information is provided at the Wildcard Office about obtaining additional print credit. Students will need verification (in the form of an email) from their faculty or college in order to apply for additional print credit. This email should be sent to email@example.com
