To more effectively protect the environment, Villanova University has adopted an Energy Star Priority Purchasing program.
VU Procedure
- Villanova purchases Energy Star equipment for both single and mass purchasing actions whenever financially possible.
- Departments are strongly encouraged to analyze the short-term and long-term savings of Energy Star appliances over less energy-efficient models before all purchases.
