Located on the West Campus, adjacent to the apartments, St. Mary's is a former Augustinian seminary that will house approximately 220 male and female students. There are single, double and triple rooms available in St. Mary's.
While the second and third floors of St. Mary's are dedicated to residential use, the other areas of the building are home to the University's College of Nursing and the Music Activities Department.
St. Mary's is also home to the convenience store "The 2nd Storey".
Note: There are several rooms in St. Mary's Hall that are designated triples. These rooms will not be detripled during the academic year.

- Rooms 1,2, 3, and 4 are doubles, semi private bath.

- Rooms 394, 395, 396 and 397 are double rooms with private bath.
