The Diversity Programming Committee (DPC) ask that members of the community review our program expectations.
- Participants are expected to actively listen to the presenter.
- Participants are expected to actively participate in the presentation.
- Participants are expected to arrive at projected time.
- Participants are expected to be open minded.
- Participants are expected to think and act in ways that take the personality and perspective of others into account.
- Participants are expected to empathize with each other across the lines of difference.
- Participants are expected to turn off cell phones, pages and other electronic devices. This includes texting during presentation.
- Participants are expected not to talk, whisper, hold conversation, gossip, sing, hum during presentation. Remember that others are at the program.
- Participants are expected to remain in their seats until the end of the program.
