Awards
Awards will be presented in CEER 001 (Auditorium) on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. Athletes who compete better than 25% of their entry time will be disqualified based on Honest Effort Rule and receive a participation award. Coaches, please update athlete times by the first Head Coaches’ Meeting.
Course
Flags and/or pylons will mark the course. Course marshals will be situated along the course during the competition. Athletes and coaches will be able to inspect the course, 1) prior to the competition, 2) Friday afternoon between 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m., 3) Friday afternoon between 4:30 and 5:30, or 4) after the Head Coaches’ Meeting at 9:00 p.m. Friday.
Facilities
There will be a portable bathroom available at the venue for athlete and spectator use.
Bib Numbers
Numbers and safety pins will be provided upon check-in at the head coaches meeting Friday night for all athletes. The numbers must be worn on the front of the shirt.
