Can I submit a photo I already have?
To be featured in the yearbook, you must have your portrait taken by our photography company. There are absolutely no exceptions. This is to ensure consistency as well as technical standards required for the printing of the book. No outside photographs are permitted under any circumstances.
How much does it cost to have my photograph taken?
There is a $5.00 sitting fee. However, you are not required to purchase any photo packages to be featured in the yearbook.
I cannot make the current sessions listed on the website. How can I make an appointment for a later date?
The system schedules appointments periodically, so you will need to wait until it gets closer to the date you wish to book.
I can’t make any of the dates listed on the website. What should I do?
We offer three sessions that are scattered throughout the year. Sessions are during the fall semester and the last session is during the spring semester. If you cannot make any of those sessions, you will need to visit the studio to have your portrait taken. How many pages are in the book and what is featured in the book?
The 2012 edition of the Belle Air Yearbook includes 448 pages. We cover academics, organizations, student life, greek life, sports, and seniors.
What should I put for my shipping address?
You should list your permanent address for your shipping address, because the yearbooks will not be shipped until the end of the spring semester (late April).
How do I check if I have placed an order?
You will receive a confirmation email once you place an order. If you have misplaced that or no longer have it, you can call 610-519-5376 or email belleairyearbook.com to check and see if you have placed an order or not.
