USC Fall Break Bus Trip – October 12, 2011 – “Sister Act” on Broadway
The University Staff Council is sponsoring a Fall Break trip to see “Sister Act” on Broadway on Wednesday, October 12, 2011 (Fall Break Week). The cost for the trip is $164.00 and includes the bus, tickets to the show and lunch at the Heartland Brewery in the Empire State Building. More specific information follows:
Employees must use an approved vacation day to attend;
First-come, first-served by payment in full, $164.00, checks made out to “Villanova University”, and the following signed Liability Waiver form;
The bus will meet the group at 9:15 AM in the Main Lot (across from the Church) and will return at 7:15 PM. Please contact me if you do not have a valid Villanova parking pass;
Lunch will be served family-style for our group and includes a classic Caesar salad, grilled salmon, rotisserie chicken, sautéed asparagus, maple-glazed sweet potatoes and NY cheesecake. Please let me know if you have any dietary restrictions;
The only exclusion is a tip for the driver – the suggested tip is $3.00 per person and we will take up a collection on the bus on the way back;
If you are unable to attend, every effort will be made to have to someone on a waiting list reimburse you for your ticket, however, this is not guaranteed and the USC is not responsible to return your payment;
You may bring snacks for the bus if you like;
The USC or the bus company (Starr Tours) will not be responsible for any personal items left on the bus.
