To submit a personalized job please note the following:
- Submit the data on a excel spread sheet.
- The Excel file should only contain information needed for the letter and/or envelope
- All data that is not needed for the mailing should be eliminated prior to sending to us.
- Provide the letter in its original format
- Let us know all the components that are to be used with the mailing. - Letterhead, envelopes, business reply envelopes, brochures etc
- Class of postage - Ask us about the most economical way to process your mailing.
