Associate; Residence Dining Halls
Assist with back of the house operations. Basic food preparation, basic cleaning assignments, stocking, etc. Other assignments may be given at the discretion of the management.
Barista; Holy Grounds Locations
Responsible for the set-up operation and breakdown of the Holy Grounds. Job duties include serving and preparing baked goods, coffee, and other beverage and food items as well as operating and cleaning the equipment and operating the MICROS cash register system. Must be able to handle confrontation professionally and be able to work independently for extended periods of time. Position reports to the manager or supervisor on duty.
Dining Hall Cashier; Donahue Court, Dougherty Hall, St. Mary's Hall
Reports to manager/ supervisor on duty. Duties include the operation of the register system in question as well as ensuring that all customers pay in full and that any problems are dealt with promptly and in a professional manner. Other duties include cleaning tables and chairs, restocking tables, paper products, utensils, and china, as well as general cleaning and other assignments given at the discretion of the manager/ supervisor on duty.
Pizza Prep Cook; Second Storey Market, Donahue Market
To assist the cooks and Unit Chef on duty in basic food preparation. Primary duties include pizza preparation and production. Other duties assigned at the discretion of the management. Food Service experience a plus but is not necessary, will train.
Store Attendant; Donahue Market
Set-up operation and breakdown of the Donahue Market. Responsibilities include the set-up, operation and breakdown of the Smoothie Counter, stocking shelves, freezer and fridge, sweeping, mopping, and general clean-up. Other assignments may be given at the discretion of the management.
Student Grill Cook; St. Mary's Hall, Dougherty Hall
To assist the cooks and Unit Chef on duty in basic food preparation and grill work, during meal periods. Job duties include preparing and cooking food in addition to minor cleaning assignments and other duties at the discretion of the manager.
