The History of Villanova Rugby:

The Villanova University Rugby Football Club is one of the oldest collegiate rugby teams in the United States, founded in 1959 by Villanova professor Francis Coghlan. We currently compete in the Division II Mid Atlantic Rugby Conference and is open to all male undergraduate Villanova students. No experience or knowledge of the sport is necessary to play.
