Summer Programs

Making a successful transition through your first year of college is very important to any incoming student. CASA wants you to succeed so we offer a variety of Summer Support Services:


Academic Advancement Program (AAP) Pre College Program

The AAP Pre-College Program is a five-week residential summer bridge program for accepted AAP students that focuses on:  

  • English               
  • Science                                  
  • Academic Skills/Instruction
  • Mathematics       
  • Enrichment Workshops    
  • College Reading and Writing Workshops

The AAP Pre-College Program kicks off with the Orientation Weekend, which welcomes accepted AAP students and their families to a fun-filled and informative weekend that introduces students to Villanova and the AAP Program.


St. Thomas Of Villanova Scholars (STOVS)

STOVS is a residential pre-college bridge program for incoming first-year students that provides selected students the opportunity to jumpstart their college career through coursework, workshops and cultural experiences.  


UNITAS Weekend

UNITAS is a residential, pre-orientation Weekend. It is a fun-filled educational weekend that is designed to help our new students transition to college. Our mission is to help those new members of the community become better acclimated and ideally become future leaders here at Villanova.
