Build Your Brand

In order to build and maintain a pipeline of top talent, you’ll need to effectively enhance your brand on campus. In addition to all of our sponsorship opportunities, here are some proven ways to promote your presence on Villanova’s campus:

Career Fairs

Attend Villanova’s Career Fairs to network with undergraduates, graduates and alumni interested in internships and full-time employment opportunities.

Spring 2018 registration will begin in December 2017.

Campus Presentations

Designed to introduce students to both your industry and your specific organization, acquaint them with your organization's culture, as well as connect them with recent Villanova hires that are succeeding within your organization. Hosting a campus presentation provides you with an opportunity to meet with students from all class levels and academic backgrounds and to distribute your organizational literature in advance of your campus interviews. These information sessions not only generate interest in your organization but they also gives you a chance to have an interactive Q&A session and talk to students first-hand about your recruiting process.  Typically, employers conduct a 30 minute presentation, followed by 30 minutes for Q&A.

Pre-Night Presentations

Host a pre-night session before your campus interview date.  It is a great opportunity to elaborate on job requirements and disseminate any necessary information prior to interviews. Hosting a pre-night presentation allows you to utilize the session as part of your interview process.

Company Information Tables

Reserve tabling space at a targeted campus location during the day to attract students’ attention on-campus and distribute information regarding your organization.

Networking Receptions

Host or attend on-campus or off campus catered networking events to meet and greet students.

Employer Resume Review Days

Help Villanova undergraduate and graduate students by critiquing their resumes prior to our Career Fairs.  In the Fall, two days are reserved: one for Arts & Business majors and one for Engineering, Science & Technology majors.  In the Spring, one day is reserved for all majors.

Mock Interviews

Conduct a mock interview with students and offer feedback on their performance.  Students interested in your field are scheduled in advance for 25 minute interviews.

Coffee Chats

Tailor your day with students individually or in small groups in an informal atmosphere and discuss industry career paths, and networking and interview tips.  Scheduling is flexible.

Employer and Alumni Panels

Industry-specific employer and alumni panels are held throughout the academic year to help educate students about career paths and opportunities within industries and organizations.

Student Organization Connections

Connect with active student organizations and student leaders.  We have over 200 active professional, social, multi-cultural and special interest organizations that frequently look for program speakers and sponsors.
