Billing and payment of tuition and fees are handled through the Bursar's Office. It is open several evenings at the beginning of each semester. All Villanova student billing is presented electronically. Students must create a V-bill account via the Bursar’s Office website. Credit card payments can only be made through MyNova with a checking account, savings account, Visa, MasterCard or Discover. The link is provided under Bursar links. Students may also pay bills on-line through E-Bill with a checking account, savings account, Visa, MasterCard or Discover.
Bursar’s Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. Payments can be made by cash or check.
Dining Services for students are found in several buildings on campus: Bartley Hall, Driscoll Hall, the Connelly Center, Dougherty Hall and St. Mary's Hall. All are open in the evening. You may inquire about specific hours by checking the Dining Services web site.
The Career Center is located in Garey Hall and is open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Appointments can be made until 6 pm for adult students when the Director is available. Discuss the choice of careers associated with majors, occupational information and other career development concerns. The Center can support you with a wealth of information including state-of-the-art reference tools, and both full and part-time job listings.
Regular hours: Monday - Thursday, 8 am to midnight; Friday - 8 am to 8 pm; Saturday - 9 am to 8 pm; Sunday 10 am to midnight.
Library hours are shortened during break and holiday periods. To find out those hours, you can check the website, call the recorded message at 610-519-4292 or call the reference desk at 610-519-4273. Be sure to take your WildCard with you for verification to check out books, to enter the library, and to use the library's databases.

Parking permits are required for all students whose courses take place on Main Campus. Evening students may obtain parking permits online, through MyNova. Parking fees are automatically applied to the student account. Parking permits must be picked up at the Parking Office, during normal business hours.
The Parking Office will have extended hours for the first two weeks of the Fall semester and operates in other designated locations.
NOVA Alert delivers important weather and/or emergency alerts, notifications and updates to any mobile device or email you choose to register. When an incident or emergency occurs, authorized senders will notify you using NOVA Alert.
College of Professional Studies non-credit professional programs will be cancelled if the University is closed due to inclement weather.
The Registrar's Office in Tolentine is the official office to issue your transcript. You must complete a form in that office or send them a written request. Two weeks' notice is required. Students in credit programs and Paralegal students are required to purchase books for the program. A book list will be supplied for the Paralegal program. For your convenience, the University Shop will stock your books for purchase.

In order to purchase your books, take the name of the course and the entire course number (e.g., 20473-PRLG-1050-100) with you to the bookstore or search for your textbooks online. Payment can be made by cash, check, MasterCard, Discover, or WildCard.
Villanova University’s photo ID card, called the WildCard, is the official University ID card for students, staff, and faculty. Photos are taken at the WildCard Office. To procure the card, take with you a photo ID, such as a driver's license, and proof of your enrollment at Villanova (class confirmation, copy of class schedule). Remember that your card is necessary for verification purposes, student discounts, checking out library books, entrance to the library, use of library databases, entrance to some campus buildings, and use of vending machines and photocopiers that do not accept cash.
