Billing- All billing for non-credit certificate students is prepared and delivered electronically. Please be sure we have your correct email address. Students and authorized users are able to view billing statements and make secured payments electronically. You can also print official invoices for self and employer use. Once you receive your confirmation and VU ID #, you may log onto V-Bill to create your V-bill account and then view/pay your bill electronically. To pay with credit card, please access the payment link through your myNova account. Bills are updated on the 1st, 10th and 20th of every month.
Payment Options- students have the option to pay by check or credit card (we accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover). There is a 2.75% convenience fee charged on all credit card transactions. If payment is made with credit card, in case of a refund, the convenience fee is non-refundable. If you wish to pay with credit card, please access the credit card payment option under Bursar Links through your myNova account. You also have the option of paying the bill online from your checking or savings account or printing the bill and mailing your check.
Payment of Charges- Payments are due no later than the first day of class. This requirement applies to all students, including those who register too late to receive a bill. Please see TERMS of BILLING on the program registration page. Students are responsible for payment of all charges on his/her student account. Overdue obligations may be referred to an outside collection agency or to an attorney for collection efforts and/or legal suit, the debt is increased to cover all reasonable costs of collection including collection fees, court costs and attorney fees.
Academic Records- If a student has an overdue obligation, registration will not be permitted and academic records and certificates will not be released.

Villanova University College of Professional Studies invites students to submit their names for consideration for the Bisk Education Endowed Scholarship for Part-Time and Continuing Studies.
Established in 2008 by Bisk Education, Inc., the Bisk Education endowed Scholarship for Part-Tme and Continuing Studies seeks to recognize non-tradtional students who demonstrate both academic potential and financial need.
To qualify: Students must be officially enrolled in a non-credit certificate granting program in either the fall or spring semesters. Scholarship applicants must also demonstrate financial need, as determined by the Office of Financial Assistance.
To apply: Students must complete and submit the Bisk Education Endowed Scholarship and the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Although non-credit certificate programs do not qualify for financial assistance, the FAFSA will be used to determine financial need as required by the scholarship criteria.
Please include a cover letter with your application indicating the certificate program and term you have applied/registered for and any other information you wish to share with us.
To determine Financial Need for the scholarship, please complete the Free Application for the Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the upcomimg Academic Year.
