Cap and Gown Details

Cap and Gown Distribution

Cap and Gowns are available for all undergraduate candidates for graduation at the Graduation Fair on May 2, 2018 in the Villanova Room, Connelly Center.   The Fair will be held from 10am-7pm.

Villanova University uses a navy blue cap and gown for its Commencement activities. Sample photos are located here.

There is no fee for academic attire.

Undergraduate students DO NOT need to order or be measured ahead of time. When you arrive to the Graduation Fair for pickup, you will be given your academic attire that matches your height and degree.

Keep Your Cap and Gown

Graduates will keep all academic attire at the conclusion of the ceremonies.

Another Person Will Pick It Up

If you are unable to attending the Graduation Fair, you may have someone else pick up your items for you. You must first fill in the Graduation Fair form. Then, please provide that person in advance with written/emailed permission that includes your name, height, degree and Student ID number. They must provide that information during the Graduation Fair in order to receive your academic attire. In addition, students should complete the Senior Survey (parts I & II) before the fair if they are having someone else pick up their cap and gown.
