Campus Master Plan

Shortly after his selection as Villanova University’s 32nd President in June 2006, Father Peter M. Donohue, OSA commissioned the development of a Campus Master Plan, with the goal of creating a roadmap for the future construction, renewal and maintenance of Villanova’s campus.

The process began in Spring 2007 and yielded a series of Final Recommendations developed in concert with Villanova’s Strategic Plan, which were presented to the University’s Board of Trustees in October 2008. The Final Recommendations contain an assessment of current and future space requirements as well as suggestions for ways to maximize campus resources and the physical plant, while remaining flexible to adapt to changing needs.
