The Process
Check your credits
Prospective graduates should check with their advisors to be sure that they will have sufficient academic credits to complete their graduation requirements by their expected graduation date.Financial Matters
Students must meet all financial obligations before their diploma and transcript can be released. It is the student's responsibility to monitor his/her account periodically between now and graduation for any charges being transferred from the health center, the library, parking or various other departments within the University. Questions concerning student accounts may be directed to the Bursar's Office at (610) 519-4258.Submit a Prospective Graduate Form
You'll need to submit a Prospective Graduate Form online to the Registrar’s Office.Check your Prospective Graduate status
At the beginning of the Spring Semester, prospective graduates can verify their individual status through NOVASIS. The Registrar's Office will email all seniors to advise them that they can check their graduation status by choosing "Display and Verify Diploma Information" on the Student Menu in NOVASIS.
Note: There is no longer a list posted outside of the Office of the Registrar - this information is available only through NOVASIS to all Senior-classified students. If graduation status is not verified by the Registrar's Office Graduation List, the graduate's name will not be included on lists that permit cap and gown pick up (unless they have received prior approval to participate in the Commencement Ceremony from the Academic Dean of your College). Only graduates who have completed all of their degree requirements will be listed in the Commencement Program and no diploma will be produced for those who have not completed all requirements. If graduates are uncertain of their status, they should contact the Academic Dean of their College.
