• Weather Contingency: In the event of severe weather, the Mass will be moved indoors to the Pavilion.

Commencement Ceremony

• Location: The Stadium
• Time: The procession into the Stadium is scheduled to start promptly at 9:40 am. Faculty should report to the appropriate stations by 9:15 am.

Academic Regalia

Rental Information
Oak Hall Company will be providing academic attire for faculty and staff who wish to rent caps, gowns, and hoods for Commencement.

• Master’s Attire:  $14.50 for cap/gown and $14.50 for hood
• Ph. D. Attire: $15.00 for cap/gown and $15.00 for hood

Order forms will be available at the Customer Service Desk at the Villanova University Shop. All orders must be submitted with payment to the University Shop Customer Service Desk by April 9th to ensure timely May delivery. Checks should be made out to: Oak Hall Company.

Pickup:  Academic attire will be picked up at the University Shop. Academic Regalia must  be returned to the University Shop, Kennedy Hall, no later than May 21st.
