Office Hours for Students

Each semester, the Rev. Peter M. Donohue, O.S.A. conducts President's Office Hours for Students in his office on the first floor of Tolentine Hall. Students should choose a date from the list on the right and sign up for an appointment. Appointments are filled on a first come, first served basis. Please note that office hours are subject to change.

In order to allow as many students as possible to meet with Father Donohue, appointments will be limited to 30 minutes each. Students should be prepared to discuss important topics that concern them. Please bring your Villanova Wildcard to your appointment.

Father Donohue maintains an open-door policy for faculty and staff. Those wishing to meet with him to discuss pertinent University issues may schedule an appointment by contacting Eileen Ciccarone via email or by calling 610-519-8881.

Directions for Scheduling an Appointment

Select the date and time desired from the list on the right side of this page
Login using your email ID and Password
Available times are indicated by white cells
Click on the "Add Appointment" icon (yellow circle with plus sign)

The OnLine Appointment Reason Form will pop-up
Complete the "Reason/Comments" section and click "Submit"
You will receive an email confirming your appointment
