Do You Have What it Takes to Lead?
Villanova has designed the Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Leadership Studies for individuals with a bachelor’s degree in business or liberal arts who wish to acquire a formal background in leadership. This program caters to individuals interested in securing careers in management as well as those who work in small businesses or are self-employed.
You must complete a curriculum of five courses totaling 15 credits – two required courses, and three approved electives to earn a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Leadership Studies from Villanova University.
The Leadership Certificate Program consists of two (2) required courses:
Electives (3 courses)
COM 3490 - Organizational Communication
COM 3490 - Leadership in a Borderless Economy
COM 3490 - Negotiation and Decision Making
Notes regarding a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Leadership Studies:
- To be eligible for this certificate, you must possess a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- You are required to have completed the prerequisites for any course for which you register as indicated in Villanova's Undergraduate Catalog.
