Meet with your academic advisor to discuss your degree program and requirements. Mail, fax, or drop off forms at the Part-Time studies office. When you check your schedule in myNOVA at http://mynova.villanova.edu, make sure you have your planned courses.
All Villanova student billing is presented electronically. Students must create a V-bill account via the Bursar's Office website. You must pay by the first day of classes.
The University Shop is our bookstore. Call 610-519-4160 or check their website for hours. Take the course number sequence with you, e.g., ENG-1050-100 when purchasing or renting your books. Also note that through the UShop's website, you are able to search for required course textbooks.
The Villanova University Shop has a new online textbook ordering option. This e-commerce feature allows Villanova students to purchase their textbooks online and have them shipped to the address of their choice. The prices and inventory quoted at the online site are real-time and the same as those in the physical store. There are shipping charges incurred for all online orders. While this online ordering feature is available to all students, it is expected that graduate, part-time and continuing studies students will find it most beneficial. For additional information and to order textbooks visit the UShop!

Get connected to Villanova’s Network! Remote access and connectivity to Villanova resources will provide you even greater flexibility than you can imagine. Villanova provides every student with a UserID and password. Once you are accepted in the PartTime Studies program, your account information is emailed to you (to the non-VU email address on file in our system). Once you retrieve your account information, you will be able to access Villanova resources while on campus and also from home via Internet access. Start out each semester by testing your UserID and password and contact UNIT at http://www.villanova.edu/unit/support/sshd.htm if you have any problems.
IMPORTANT: If you choose not to use your Villanova email account, you should see that all emails sent to this address are forwarded. Faculty, as well as the Office of Part-Time Studies and the Bursar’s Office, will send important information via your Villanova email account.
