Chemistry (must have an organic component)

Cell Biology, Genetics or Microbiology 3-4 credits
Statistics   3 credits
The following courses will need to be completed in the summer semester between the first and second year of the Alternate Sequence Program:  
Nutrition 3 credits
Developmental Psychology (Lifespan) 3 credits
Religion/Theology 6 credits
Total prerequisite credits applicable towards degree 61
Total credits for degree 136

Prerequisites may be completed at any accredited college or university.  Students who choose to complete their prerequisites at Villanova University need to complete an application through the College of Professional Studies, Office of Part-Time Studies.

In addition to the Nursing prerequisites listed above, Second Degree Students must also fulfill the University's course requirements of the BSN degree.  Please see the Transfer of Credits section.
