Center for Nursing Research, Sigma Theta Tau International Alpha Nu Chapter and Continuing Education in Nursing and Health Care

sponsors the Annual Research Symposium:

Nursing Research: People, Places and Passion

Tuesday, March 27, 2012
4:00 P.M. – 7: 00 P.M.

Conference Location:

Villanova University – Connelly Center – Villanova Room

Research Submission:

Completed research and evidence-based projects that focus on:
o   Clinical excellence
o   Nursing education
o   Health care leadership
Studies in any stage of development will be considered for posters.

Selection Criteria:

Abstracts should include: purpose, significance, population, methodology, data analysis, conclusion and recommendations for research and/or practice.

Directions:

Abstracts should be single-spaced and limited to one page in length. The title page should include: title of research; name(s) and credentials of author(s); current position; mailing address, email address and phone number of author who is to be notified regarding selection. Specify consideration for paper/poster or either.

Submission Deadline:

Abstracts should be submitted electronically no later than January 12, 2012 to suzanne.smeltzer@villanova.edu .

Notification:

The decision of the Abstract Review Committee will be communicated to the applicants by February 1, 2012
