Testimonials

What are people saying about their visits with Libby?

"I have been in nutrition counseling since October 2015. Ms. Libby Mills is very resourceful and helpful. I was given a personalized meal plan as a guideline to follow which saved me time thinking about what to eat especially during the weekdays. Throughout the sessions, I learned to measure the food portions that fits my diet plan, read food labels, and most importantly, I learned the balance my meals. I feel much better with myself now compared to a few months ago" - J. Chen
